Backed by a production base with roots dating back to 2000, we integrate aluminum extrusion, CNC precision machining, and surface treatment under one roof, delivering one-stop thermal management and metal fabrication services to customers worldwide.
Our 30,000 m² manufacturing facility employs 350 skilled workers and engineers, operating in-house tooling, extrusion, die-casting, CNC machining, and anodizing workshops. Six fully automatic extrusion lines imported from Germany and Taiwan produce industrial, lighting, and custom aluminum profiles with an annual capacity exceeding 12,000 tons, while 20 high-precision CNC machines handle turning, milling, drilling, stamping, and compound fabrication to your drawings and samples.
Surface finishing is completed in-house on modern automatic anodizing lines that integrate brushing, grinding, polishing, and sandblasting — with sandblast-anodizing capability up to 6.8 meters in length. Powder coating, electroplating, passivation, and hard anodizing are also available, ensuring every heatsink and aluminum part meets both functional and cosmetic requirements.
Quality is verified at every stage with coordinate measuring machines (CMM), spectrum analyzers, film thickness gauges, and torsion meters. Our quality and environmental systems are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with SGS test reports available for 6063 and 6463 aluminum alloys. From rapid prototyping to mass production, Xinqiang helps electronics, LED lighting, automotive, and industrial equipment brands bring reliable cooling products to market faster.
